The International Research Hub Public Foundation has approved the areas of activity of its structural units, establishing a comprehensive operating model focused on the protection of human rights, sustainable development, the advancement of evidence-based policy and the implementation of international standards in national practice.
The Foundation's structure covers the full cycle of analytical, project, expert and educational work — from research and expertise through to advocacy, monitoring and the practical implementation of reforms.
A key role in international and institutional engagement is played by the Department of International Relations and Fundraising, responsible for partnerships with government bodies, international organizations and donors, as well as for attracting resources for the implementation of national and international projects.
The Foundation's project activities are carried out through the Project Management Department, which ensures the design, coordination and support of social, human rights and research initiatives, as well as the organization of conferences, expert discussions and public events.
Quality control, transparency and compliance with international standards are ensured by the Audit and Monitoring Department, which conducts legal, regulatory and institutional audits, public monitoring and impact assessment. Expert support to the Foundation and its partners is provided by the Department of Expert Assessments, specializing in legal, anti-corruption, gender and human rights expertise of regulatory and programme decisions.
Particular attention is paid to handling submissions from individuals and organizations. The Department for Complaints and Case Management provides a transparent and accountable mechanism for receiving, handling and reviewing applications related to violations of rights and freedoms.
The Foundation's research, analytical and educational activities are implemented through the Research Committee and the Training and Capacity Building Committee, which conduct applied and sociological research, prepare national reports, and deliver training for government bodies, business, NGOs and educational organizations.
The Foundation has also established a system of thematic committees covering key areas of social development: children's rights, the rights of persons with disabilities, gender equality, housing issues, environment and climate, innovation and digital technologies, political rights, youth and volunteering. These committees provide in-depth sectoral expertise, monitoring of obligations and the development of recommendations for improving policy and legislation.
The institutional model is complemented by the Expert Council, the Mentors Council, the Legal Clinic, the Editorial Office, and the IT and Communications Department, which together form a sustainable ecosystem of expert engagement, knowledge transfer and public dialogue.
The implementation of the approved areas of activity enables International Research Hub to operate as an independent, professional and sustainable platform capable of ensuring high-quality expertise, supporting reforms and achieving measurable public impact at the national and international levels.
